This website is operated by G.G.C INITIATIVE AND HOLDINGS LTD, company number 517035275, an Israeli private company.

2. The service

The site enables users to check potential entitlement to compensation for flight delays, cancelled flights, denied boarding, and baggage events, and to open an inquiry or claim in order to receive support and related services.

3. Permitted use

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in a way that may disrupt its operation, bypass security mechanisms, or infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Opening a case and uploading documents

You are responsible for ensuring that every document or item of information uploaded to the site is lawfully provided and may be used for eligibility review and case handling. DelayPay may request supporting documents or additional details where needed.

6. Fees and payment

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the site, its content, design, systems, source code, and business logic belong to DelayPay or to third parties that have granted the required rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of any part of the site without prior written approval.
