DelayPay is committed to making its digital services available, usable, and respectful for all people, including people with disabilities.

1. Accessibility standard

We work to make this website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

2. Accessibility measures on the website

  • Logical headings, landmarks, labels, and semantic page structure for assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation for links, buttons, forms, language controls, and cookie settings.
  • Visible focus indication, readable color contrast, scalable text, and responsive layouts.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and clear text for links and controls.
  • Correct language and reading direction for English, Hebrew, Arabic, and Russian pages.
  • Cookie choices that can be accepted, rejected, changed, and reopened from the footer.

3. Browser and assistive technology support

The website is designed for current versions of common browsers and for use with keyboard navigation and modern screen readers. Updating the browser and assistive technology generally provides the best experience.

4. Known limitations and third-party services

Despite our efforts, some content or external services may not yet be fully accessible. Links to the client portal, WhatsApp, airlines, payment, identity, or other third-party services are partly outside our control. If an inaccessible component prevents you from receiving service, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative.

5. Service and physical accessibility

DelayPay primarily provides service through digital and remote channels. If an in-person meeting or another accommodation is required, please contact us in advance so the relevant accessibility arrangement can be coordinated.

6. Accessibility inquiries and feedback

If you encounter an accessibility difficulty, need information in an accessible format, or have a suggestion, please include the page address, a description of the issue, the browser or assistive technology used, and your preferred way to receive a response.

We will review the request and make a reasonable effort to respond and provide an accessible solution as soon as practical.
